Expired Kit Exchange
We get it – sometimes you use newer inventory before the old stuff, or you’ve found some kits on a shelf and want to use them, but they are expired. While we hope you are using your kits within the 2 year shelf life, things happen.
For a limited time, VDI will offer free Dry Serum device exchanges for up to ten (10) expired kits.
Not sure if your kits are expired? Scroll down for details on how to tell!
Complete the form below to initiate an exchange for expired Dry Kits.
Notes about the exchanges:
- Only the Dry Serum device with foil pouch will be exchanged, not the entire kit.
- Kits being exchanged MUST be expired, or expiring within 2 months.
- VDI may provide a return label for expired kits (avoid waste if we can)
- If you have mailing labels to a Simi Valley Address, please note that in the comment box at the bottom.
- VDI retains the right to refuse an exchange.
Notes about expired kits:
VDI has not validated kit performance beyond 2 years – the posted shelf life on each kit. While we do not believe that the kits actually expire after 2 years, there is no verified data to support the position and thus we recommend adhering to expiration dates. Using expired kits is at your own risk and results should be interpreted with this in mind.
