Description
Dry Serum Test Kit for submitting samples to VDI. One patient per kit. Kit comes with USPS tracking (US only). Billing for lab services is done after testing is completed. Use included requisition form to select tests, or download a new one from the website. 2 year shelf life prior to using the kit.
Economy Packaging: Minimal Packaging to reduce overall costs. Save money and space by ordering this configuration. Works great if you retain one of the “Bento” boxes and just use this configuration to refill the bento box.
Postage Options:
Ground Advantage: Typically 3-10 days for delivery
Priority Mail: Typically 1-3 days for delivery
No Postage: No postage is included with this variation of kit. This format is intended for batch shipping, express shipping, or as secondary kits for panels requiring 2 kits. If you send a DSTK without postage through USPS, it will arrive eventually (3-10 days) and you will be charged $6.00 postage fee upon arrival.
Please keep in mind, that these are estimated times from the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times may be extended during holidays or due to inclement weather. If results are needed quickly, consider an express option (see below).
Express Service:
- Order UPS Billable stamps from VDI to have convenient access to our express service. If you elect to use Billable Stamp you will be charged at the prevailing rate:
- Two-Day Air – $17
- Next Day Air – $27
- If you do not use express shipping labels, then you will not be charged for the service.
- You may also call VDI for a UPS label to be emailed to you instead.
